NIMANY collects customer data which is provided voluntarily in an effort to improve and enhance our customer's online shopping experience and for marketing and promotional use only and will not be disclosed to any 3rd party vendors.
NIMANY Online store uses the latest encryption technology and a secure web server to ensure all transactions and information exchanged is completely safe and confidential.
To estimate when your order will be delivered, please take the following into account:
All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, NIMANY reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect billing information in which you will not be charged. Orders are processed every wednesdays and Fridays, excluding holidays. So your order is shipped without delay, please make certain that the billing information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing bank's records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day. Tracking number is generated for each purchase. If the tracking number indicates that the item is lost we will refund the purchase. If the tracking number indicates that the item has been delivered and for any reason the buyer has not receive it, the buyer need to contact the post office. After the tracking number indicates that the tshirts has been delivered to the address given we are no longer responsible for it's loss. All international shipments might be subject to local destination taxes and / or duties. This is fee is not related to the shipping fee collected by NIMANY at the time of shopping.
Estimated delivery includes order processing time and shipping time.
We ship twice a week on Tuesday and Fridays until 5pm.
UNITED STATES via Fedex Home Delivery: Within 2-3 Days Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
CANADA via Fedex International Priority: Within 3-5 Days Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and possible customs delay)
Europe and Australia via Fedex International Priority: Within 5-7 Days Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and possible customs delay)
Asia and South America via Fedex International Priority: Within 5-7 Days Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and possible customs delay)
Because we have implemented a fast track shipping mechanism. As soon as an order comes into our warehouse we take special measures to prepare it and ensure its properly packed and is ready for shipping, therefore any cancelation is subject to 7% re-stocking fee.
You may only return an item after 7 days of purchase and with all hang tags attached and in original packaging. Items above $250 are subject to a restocking fee of 7-10% (Explained Above). To mail the product(s) back to us, please contact the customer service at email@example.com for details on where and how to send your items. Once we receive your item, we will email you a receipt confirming the return / exchange as soon as it is processed.
We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee unless we have made an error with your order.
Refunds will be issued on merchandise returned within 7 days of the initial purchase only.
Refunds are issued only in the original form of payment.
At the time of promotions, multiple codes might be active at the same giving time but customer can NOT combine more than one code for each separate purchase.
