NIMANY collects customer data which is provided voluntarily in an
effort to improve and enhance our customer's online shopping
experience and for marketing and promotional use only and will not be
disclosed to any 3rd party vendors.

NIMANY Online store uses the latest encryption technology and a secure
web server to ensure all transactions and information exchanged is
completely safe and confidential.
Shipping
To estimate when your order will be delivered, please take the
following into account:
All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification
prior to processing. For security purposes and as a protection to our
customers, NIMANY reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect
billing information in which you will not be charged. Orders are
processed every wednesdays and Fridays, excluding holidays. So your
order is shipped without delay, please make certain that the billing
information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing
bank's records. Verification and order processing normally takes one
business day.
Tracking number is generated for each purchase. If the tracking number indicates that the item is lost we will refund the purchase. If the tracking number indicates that the item has been delivered and for any reason the buyer has not recieve it, the buyer need to contact the post office. After the tracking number indicates that the tshirts has been delivered to the address given we are no longer responsible for it's loss.
Delivery Schedule
Estimated delivery includes order processing time and shipping time.
UNITED STATES via USPS priority: Within 5-7 Days Monday-Friday
(excluding holidays)
CANADA via global priority: Within 10-15 Days Monday-Friday (excluding
holidays and possible customs delay)
Europe and Australia via global priority: Within 15-17 Days
Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and possible customs delay)
Asia and South America via global priority: Within 15-20 Days
Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and possible customs delay)
Return Policy
You may only return an item after 7 days of purchase and with all hang
tags attached. To mail the product(s) back to us, please contact the
customer service at nicole.savoy@nimany.com for details on where and how to
send your items. USPS takes about 15 business days to get your
package back to us. We will email you a receipt confirming the return
/ exchange as soon as it is processed.
We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the merchandise
returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee unless we have made
an error with your order.
Refunds will be issued on merchandise returned within 7 days of the
initial purchase only.
Refunds are issued only in the original form of payment.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed 14 days after purchase and are subject to availability. By the time your exchange order
is processed, the item(s) you have requested may be sold out. Since we
do not backorder, once an item is sold out it is no longer available.
Shipping charges will not be applied to your exchange order. This
applies to standard ground shipping or discounted express shipping.
